Our story begins with Mr. Selvam, a proud native of Tiruvannamalai, whose deep connection with this sacred land has inspired him to open his home to travelers from all over the world. Born and raised here, Selvam experienced firsthand the spiritual richness and cultural significance that Tiruvannamalai offers, and he wanted to share that with others.

As part of Sasvata Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Jayam Homestays was created with a vision to provide a peaceful sanctuary for those seeking to reconnect with the spiritual traditions and cultural roots of Tiruvannamalai. The town has long been a major pilgrimage site, drawing visitors from all walks of life to Arunachala Hill for the sacred Girivalam walk, especially during Pournami (full moon) when the streets are filled with pilgrims. It is this sense of reverence, peace, and spiritual energy that Selvam wanted to offer visitors through Jayam Homestays.
